About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator. This role supports both Marketing and Retail Operations at Haffner's. The Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator oversees promotional execution, vendor order management, equipment coordination, signage, floor care, training support, and expense management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smart Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.
Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.
