About The Position

Bass Pro Shops is seeking Retail Operations Associates for their new Outpost at Eastview Mall in Victor, NY. This role is crucial for maintaining the store's readiness for customers by managing merchandise receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and building/grounds maintenance. Associates will be part of the founding team for this new location, contributing to a store that aims to be a destination.

Full-time and part-time positions are available across several departments including Receiving, Overnight Stock, Maintenance, Facilities & Landscape, and Buy Online, Ship to Store (BOSS). The Operations & Fulfillment Associate ensures the store runs smoothly behind the scenes, providing customers with a clean, well-stocked, and adventure-ready shopping experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School education or equivalent experience
• Basic math skills for accurate counts and orders
• Safe, confident use of equipment and tools (we'll train you)
• A team-first attitude, ready to pitch in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or other equipment certification a plus (training provided)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision, especially overnight

Responsibilities

• Unloads, unpacks and verifies incoming merchandise shipments against purchase orders (Receiving).
• Stocks and replenishes merchandise on the sales floor, often during overnight hours, per Merchandising guidelines (Overnight Stock).
• Picks, packs and processes Buy Online, Ship to Store and in-store pickup orders accurately and within required timeframes (BOSS).
• Performs routine building, equipment, and grounds / landscape maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assists with “Seasonal” floor merchandise moves and resets.
• Operates material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) as trained and certified.
• Keeps the stockroom, dock and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures, including safety procedures.
