About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the sales floor’s visual appeal, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and current. You provide a visible, welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to support shared goals, sales, and a hospitable, positive customer experience. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives. You welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance. You maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, replenishing products, and assisting with merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, thank them, and work with teammates to reorganize departments, restock, and prepare for the next day. Colleagues are also expected to take pride in their work, pursue improvement, achieve sales goals, and learn from one another. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
