About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers’ experience. You’ll be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued. Collaboration is key to this role. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity and making every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
  • Able to create connection with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales-boosting events
  • Create a welcoming, friendly environment for customers and colleagues, fostering meaningful conversations and connections
  • Able to learn about products in the store and be able to give expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
  • Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
