About The Position

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a 100% Canadian Owned and operated Company providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. Our diverse range of services includes Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and so much more. This is a part-time, temporary role with an hourly rate of $19.00-$20.00 per hour, working up to approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with potential for extended hours, travel, and overnight stays. The start date is May 2026. Applicants must reside in the specified location (Kelowna, BC and surrounding areas) and be legally eligible to work in Canada. Requirements

  • Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, gas and convenience, or big box setting.
  • Ability to read and execute planograms.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Access to an insured vehicle.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 hours.
  • Must reside in the specified location.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
  • Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
  • Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
  • Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
  • Keeping all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
  • Forming and maintaining strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
