About The Position

The Retail Merchandiser helps keep Pilot Company travel centers and plazas well stocked and organized. The role provides fast service, friendly interactions, and clean facilities while assisting guests with their needs in a timely manner. It also manages vendor and inventory flow, merchandises promotions and value items to increase sales, and uses key reports to identify ways to improve sales. The position requires guest-service skills, the ability to organize and stock shelves, use computers, telephones, and other equipment, and work as part of a team.
