About The Position
The Retail Merchandiser helps keep Pilot Company travel centers and plazas well stocked and organized while providing guests with fast, friendly service and clean facilities. The role assists guests in a timely manner, manages vendor and inventory flow, and merchandises promotions and value items to increase sales. It also involves analyzing and understanding key reports to support sales growth.
Requirements
- Incredible guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
- Ability to organize and stock shelves.
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
