The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for the execution of Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This position is under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, but daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead is expected. The role involves building rapport with store associates and management, educating them on client brands and products, and executing merchandising tasks with accuracy and quality. Maintaining detailed knowledge of company policies and communicating daily activities, sales opportunities, and potential barriers to the sales leads are key aspects of this role. Proficiency with handheld devices is also required.
