About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. This project-based work is suited to people who can work independently, deliver quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Assignments are available in markets across the United States, with candidates indicating their preferred cities, counties, or regions during the application process.

The role involves executing retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects; reading and implementing planograms; building fixtures, installing displays, and stocking merchandise; and setting products to client specifications. Merchandisers also capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app, meet project deadlines, and represent SRS professionally at retail locations. Scheduling is flexible based on project availability, and pay is project-based with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.
