About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The work is project-based and available in markets across the United States. Merchandisers may indicate the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working so SRS can match them with available local opportunities.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, delivers quality work, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. It involves implementing planograms, building fixtures, installing displays, stocking merchandise, documenting projects through a mobile app, and representing SRS professionally in retail locations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.

Nice To Haves

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Experience with companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
• Read and implement planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
