About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering quality work, and meeting project deadlines. Assignments are available in markets across the United States, with workers identifying the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working during the application process. Work is flexible and project-based, with scheduling dependent on project availability. The position offers opportunities to work with nationally recognized retailers and consumer brands, competitive project-based pay, and weekly pay.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
