About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. This role suits people who enjoy working independently, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Assignments are available in markets across the United States. Applicants can identify the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working, and SRS will match them with available opportunities. Work is flexible and project-based, with scheduling based on project availability.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
A smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience working for retail merchandising or reset companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, or Advantage Solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
