About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role is suited to someone who works independently, takes pride in quality work, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves carrying out retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects; reading and implementing planograms; building fixtures, installing displays, and stocking merchandise; setting products to client specifications; and maintaining high merchandising standards. Merchandisers also capture project photos and complete reporting through a mobile app, meet project deadlines, and represent SRS professionally in retail locations.

Work is project-based, with flexible scheduling and assignments available in markets across the United States. Applicants can identify the cities, counties, or regions where they are interested in working so SRS can match them with available opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.
