About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The work involves executing retail projects to client specifications, maintaining high merchandising standards, documenting completed work, and meeting project deadlines. Merchandisers work independently in retail locations. Scheduling is flexible based on project availability, and assignments are available in markets across the United States.

Requirements

Experience reading and executing planograms.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience.
Experience working for retail merchandising companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or similar companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
