About The Position

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., the leading beverage distributor in Eastern North Carolina is looking for a RETAIL MERCHANDISER. As a RETAIL MERCHANDISER, you will be responsible for safely stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required. JOB SUMMARY: Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Dependable transportation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable with math.
• Must consent to pre-employment inquiries and tests including criminal background, MVR check, physical assessment (job simulation) and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Safely stocking and maintaining beverage products in customer accounts.
• Servicing and merchandising retail accounts in a professional manner.
• Ensuring all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled.
• Maintaining POS (Point of Sale) displays that are neat, clean, and current.
• Maintaining displays according to Coastal Beverage Company's standards.
