About The Position

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
