About The Position

Join AAA Club Alliance as an experienced full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist and unlock your sales potential in a dynamic retail environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while driving sales success, with opportunities for incentive pay. The store operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM, offering a 37.5-hour work week with no Sundays. Full-time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off in their first year.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of sales and customer service experience.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple websites and programs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor-specific screenings.
Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Sell and process new AAA memberships, maximizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.
Drive active engagement with the membership base through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
Welcome new members, present promotions, and initiate discussions about upgrade opportunities.
Accurately document all leads and interactions, maintaining clear records.
Serve as the primary contact for all membership-related inquiries in the store, providing expert guidance and support.
Provide backup assistance with Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
