About The Position

Position Purpose: The Retail Media Account Executive drives revenue and strengthens relationships with key suppliers, service providers, and national advertisers within Orange Apron Media. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, supporting long-term partner growth, and meeting defined sales targets. Reporting to a Senior Retail Media Account Executive, this role works closely within the Orange Apron Media sales team to execute partnership strategies and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in retail media, account management, partnerships, or marketing
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, retail, e-commerce, and advertising products
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
  • 4 years of experience in retail media, account management, partnerships, or marketing
  • No previous leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of suppliers, service providers, and advertisers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships by understanding client objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and provide recommendations on strategic initiatives and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Support campaign measurement and reporting by providing insights and recommendations in partnership with Account Managers and Operations teams.
  • Evaluate trends in retail media, digital advertising, and the overall industry to guide account strategy.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Use data and insights to inform recommendations and support revenue expansion initiatives.
  • Own defined sales targets for assigned accounts and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing vendor relationships.
  • Partner with Senior Account Executives. and internal teams to develop proposals, business cases, and campaign strategies.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
