About The Position

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Retail Marketing Coordinator for an in-person position at their corporate office in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for implementing and tracking assigned marketing promotional initiatives within full-price stores. The coordinator will serve as a liaison to the stores, providing support for marketing opportunities and promotional strategies, as well as assisting with broader retail initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, related field preferred, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • Generally, 1+ years’ experience with wholesale/retail marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Previous experience with event planning.
  • Ability to project plan including scope through implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Appreciation for teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Positive, motivated outlook, eager to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of assigned retail marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budget for assigned projects.
  • Support all retail promotions through various marketing methods.
  • Develop, present, and execute new store marketing plans.
  • Process retail marketing event template requests promptly.
  • Maintain frequent communication with stores to address marketing needs.
  • Conduct retail store visits to ensure marketing materials are relevant and properly executed.
  • Process invoices and track budgets for assigned and requested non-assigned projects.
  • Pull and track results for all store events and promotions.
  • Contribute to best practices for training field staff on marketing execution.
  • Manage the retail marketing calendar and input results.
  • Manage timelines and communicate necessary details for all retail-related needs to the Creative Team.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions for marketing opportunities and events.
  • Update monthly all mall websites with relevant product/promotional content for stores and their online profiles.
  • Act as a social media liaison for openings, events, and other marketing topics.
  • Execute additional projects as needed for retail.
  • Assist with the distribution of retail marketing materials.
  • Manage the print calendar and ensure adherence to deadlines by all involved parties.
  • Manage communication with print vendors for seasonal print initiatives.
  • Manage pre/post planning operations and logistics for all seasonal launch meetings and trade shows, ensuring tradeshows are equipped with required setup materials.
  • Provide onsite support as needed for tradeshows.
  • Travel and assist with various retail events, including but not limited to retail pop-ups, grand openings, and marketing activations.
