As a Store Manager, you will be at the center of that experience, leading a team that represents Coldstream Clear with pride and purpose.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or specialty retail
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, or retail reporting tools
  • Formal leadership or management training (ADKAR, Prosci, Change Management or Similar)
  • Knowledge of or passion for craft beverages, local Nova Scotia brands, or the food & drink industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of your store’s daily operations, creating a welcoming and on-brand experience for every customer who walks through the door.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing retail team that embodies Coldstream Clear’s values
  • Drive store sales performance by meeting revenue targets, upselling products, and creating exceptional customer experience
  • Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and stock rotation to ensure shelves are always stocked and presented to brand standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment consistent with Coldstream Clear’s brand standards
  • Oversee cash management, daily reconciliation, and accurate reporting of store financial performance
  • Build genuine relationships with local customers and community members, acting as an ambassador for the Coldstream Clear brand
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to store operations, team workflows, and the customer journey
