About The Position
The Retail Loss Prevention Associate II supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by carrying out core loss-prevention responsibilities. The role focuses on acting as a visual deterrent to potential loss or dishonesty while wearing a body-worn camera, supporting a positive customer shopping experience, and maintaining strong partnerships with store teams and loss prevention. The associate uses sound judgment to help ensure personal and others’ safety and protect the Company brand, while following Company policies and supporting its culture and values. The associate maintains a professional position at the front of the store or in a department, appropriately greets customers, and directs requests for assistance to store management or customer service using a Company-issued radio. The role includes observing and reporting suspicious behavior or critical incidents, completing closing safety sweeps with a member of management, reviewing the Store Emergency Response Guide, and documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- 0–2 years of retail or security experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store.
- Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss or dishonesty.
- Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear a complete Company-approved uniform, including a body-worn camera.
- Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
- Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management.
- Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
