Retail Loan Escrow Servicing Specialist

About The Position
Performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions related to the servicing of retail loans, including, but not limited to, the monitoring of mortgage escrow accounts, the payment of property taxes, homeowners and flood insurance, private mortgage insurance, credit insurance and a variety of other loan related vendor invoices. Performs administrative and customer service functions related to maintaining and providing loan account information; problem solving support to other departments, vendors, borrowers and other entities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
Nice To Haves
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Mortgage escrow servicing experience preferred
- Freddie Mac and Servicing Compliance Certification preferred
