About The Position

As a Retail Lender, you will be responsible for efficient, management of loan accounts that meet the established lending requirements. Additionally, duties will include originating and servicing residential mortgage loans inclusive of new purchase, refinances, installment, constructions & lot purchase, and home equity lines of credit. Doing so will embrace and promote the NEBAT brand and lending philosophies through leverage of key referral relationships.

Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, and knowledge of bank operations preferred
Ability to multi-task and strong project management
Excellent communication
Highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
Knowledge of how to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
Four years of experience with secondary market loans, formal credit training preferred.
Registered NMLS # or the ability to obtain.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in finance or another related field is preferred.
