Requirements

• Skilled in relationship management, sales, and communication.
• Knowledgeable in financial analysis, underwriting, and business lending regulations.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Driven to achieve results and motivated to help members succeed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in business lending or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of lending practices, regulations, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for outside sales calls.

Responsibilities

• Build, foster, and grow strong business relationships.
• Manage day-to-day lending operations with accuracy, compliance, and care.
• Oversee and maintain a business portfolio and pipeline, reporting on goals and driving strategies to prospect new opportunities.
• Interview applicants, analyze financials, and determine loan feasibility, working with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth processing.
• Promote and sell credit union products and services tailored to business needs.
• Prepare reports and documentation for leadership, regulators, and the Board.
