The Apparel Brands are seeking expressions of interest from confident, commercially driven retail leaders to join our teams in our Melbourne City Locations—the flagship centre representing all five Just Group brands in Victoria. Melbourne Central, Spencer Street DFO, and South Wharf DFO are among our highest-profile locations in the state, attracting strong foot traffic and consistent attention from senior stakeholders and board members. These are high-impact environments where excellence in execution, leadership, and brand presentation is essential. The locations are supported by a dedicated Regional Manager, offering strong leadership, visibility, and ongoing development opportunities. Requirements

• Confident, commercially driven retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, styling advice, and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Leverage your commercial acumen to build effective rosters aligned with productivity and wage targets.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and results-driven culture where your team can thrive.
