About The Position

Netflix House is a first-of-its-kind, permanent, year-round home for fans where you can explore, play, taste and shop your way through your favorite Netflix stories. It’s free to enter, and once inside, you can dive into activities that immerse you in your favorite titles with a mix of complimentary and paid experiences. With fresh experiences dropping regularly throughout the year, there's always a new reason to come back. The Crew Member is part of the opening Netflix House operational team and is responsible for bringing Netflix immersive experiences to life. Crew Members encourage fandom through best-in-class customer service and guest experience excellence. The ideal Crew Member is passionate about engaging in conversations about Netflix series and films. The Crew Member will provide general information, sell and scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, sell merchandise, and more.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attraction, and F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
  • Willingness to learn and/or understanding of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to, ticketing services, retail operations, guest services, and small-scale attraction operations.
  • Work in a specific role for an in-world Attraction experience, including scripted in-character roles, positions requiring extensive ad-hoc Guest interactions, technical operational positions, and other show-related operational roles.
  • Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans.
  • Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows.
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including emergency procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
