Retail Lead | Automotive
About The Position
As a Retail Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief in leading daily store operations. You’ll provide excellent customer service, coach team members, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and employees. Pull-A-Part is a national leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts industry, operating a customer-focused recycling operation. The company was founded in 1997 and operates 35 superstores nationwide, including 11 U-Pull-&-Pay locations. Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in retail is required.
- Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work indoors and outdoors.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the automotive, salvage, or recycling industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate retail team members to meet daily goals.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the store.
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
- Communicate sales and marketing initiatives to the team.
- Manage office administration, including phones, cash drawers, paperwork, and supplies.
- Support training, development, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work retail hours, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
- Perform retail-related tasks as directed and other assigned tasks.
