About The Position

Total Comfort is hiring Retail Lead Generation Specialists to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role involves engaging with customers in a retail environment, understanding their home comfort needs, educating them about services, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. The position offers flexible hours, with weekend availability required, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment. There is no door-to-door canvassing or cold calling involved.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience
Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred
