About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead, identified in the listing title as Retail Keyholder. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps maintain merchandise presentation, shipment processes, employee training, customer service, loss prevention, and a comfortable workplace for colleagues. • Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
