Requirements
- A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional shopping experiences by engaging customers and providing product expertise
- Drive sales and help achieve or exceed store performance goals
- Demonstrate ZWILLING products across our portfolio of premium kitchen brands
- Maintain visually appealing merchandising and product presentation standards
- Support in-store events, promotions, and demonstrations that generate customer excitement and traffic
- Build and maintain customer relationships through our CRM system
- Receive and organize merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented store environment
