About The Position
SMCP is seeking a passionate and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. This role involves building customer relationships, creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing and styling clients, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive culture. Keyholder duties include cash handling, opening/closing procedures, understanding store goals and KPIs, overseeing store safety, assisting with escalated customer issues, supporting new employees, performing operational tasks, and providing leadership in the absence of store management.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior service experience.
- Love for Customer Service
- Friendly and outgoing
- Solid Communication Skills
- Fashion Savvy
- Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).

Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in store operations.
- Build relationships and outreach to customers.

- Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
