SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fun and collaborative environment, build relationships with customers, create fitting room experiences, and provide wardrobing and styling advice. The Keyholder will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive culture and utilize their selling and supervisory experience to perform essential sales and opening/closing functions. These functions include cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, ensuring store safety, resolving customer issues, supporting new hires, handling operational tasks, and performing other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
