About The Position

Lovisa America is expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Super Stars. The Key Holder role is crucial in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and maintain a presentable store environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a vibrant, energetic atmosphere, excels at communication, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for fashion. Lovisa is a fast-fashion jewelry brand, established in Australia in 2010, and has since grown to over 550 stores in 20 countries. We pride ourselves on offering on-trend fashion jewelry at accessible prices, with 150 new styles introduced weekly. Requirements

• Must be 18 years and older to apply.
• Prior experience for a retailer or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A Passion for retail and fashion!
• Strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customer.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive off challenge and reward.
• Prior experience working in Retail/Hospitality.
• Ability to create a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets.
• Keeping the store looking presentable for customers.
• Ensuring the store always looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
