About The Position

The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining a presentable store environment for customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a bright, energetic atmosphere, are excellent communicators, enjoy building relationships, and have a keen eye for fashion. Lovisa is a fashion-forward jewelry brand established in Australia in 2010, with over 550 stores in 20 countries. We offer on-trend fashion jewelry at accessible prices, with 150 new styles delivered weekly. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior experience working in Retail or Hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A passion for retail and fashion!
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive team environment.
