About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves building customer loyalty, achieving sales and productivity goals, sharing product knowledge, and supporting store operations. The Key Holder may act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and product recommendations.
- Act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Perform regular store maintenance and follow loss prevention standards.
- Process product receipts in a timely manner and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
