About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable shopping experiences. The role involves engaging customers, promoting products, supporting sales goals, maintaining merchandise and store standards, and serving as Manager on Duty when store management is absent. The position is suited to someone interested in health and wellness who can work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Requirements

Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Act as direct support for the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and selling products.
Work with integrity and act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store's Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accurately.
Perform additional duties as required.
