About The Position

As a Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, at Skechers, you will contribute to store operations and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide expert advice on Skechers products to help shoppers find the right fit and have a positive experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures as required, and ensure security protocols and operational standards are followed.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to support a smooth customer experience.
