About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves building customer loyalty, supporting sales and productivity goals, maintaining store operations, and serving as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. The position is suited to someone passionate about health and wellness who enjoys engaging with customers and working as part of a team.

Requirements

Enthusiasm and the ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Directly support the Management Team and execute store activities with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences, including selling and building baskets.
Act with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Develop product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team of Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts in a timely manner, and keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
Perform additional duties as required.
