About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer-service experiences. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, help organize merchandise and back stock, oversee incoming shipments, and train and coach employees. The role also involves following loss-prevention procedures, representing the Clarks brand, and helping create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
