About The Position

This is a traveling role for a Retail Inventory Supervisor. The position involves early morning departures, with assignments available Monday through Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible. The role offers opportunities for career growth and promotion within the company. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates, emphasizing accuracy.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity.
• Foster engagement to grow and develop the team.
