About The Position

The Retail Inventory Supervisor role involves leading and training Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns. This position supports and executes directives from management, drives operational excellence by maximizing team productivity, and fosters engagement to grow and develop the team. The supervisor is the face of the organization and is expected to uphold core values in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. This is a traveling role with early morning departures, assignments available Monday-Friday, and occasional overnight hotel stays.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
