About The Position

The Retail Inventory Supervisor role involves leading and training Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to a consistent workflow. This position serves as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from management, and driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement. The supervisor is expected to uphold the company's Core Values in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment, recognizing that the success of the team contributes to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Lead and engage the team, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager.
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
• Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
• Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
