About The Position
This part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor role is perfect for individuals who excel at training, coaching, and driving for results. The position requires a strong work ethic, dependability, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coaching and developing Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, and serving as a point of contact for inventory-related concerns. The role involves travel to retail locations and upholding the company's core values.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations
