About The Position

This part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor role is urgently hiring throughout the Denver Metro Area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Greeley, and Longmont. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid training. It is ideal for individuals who are disciplined, can coach and train for accuracy and consistency, and are driven to achieve results. The role involves coaching and developing Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, resolving inventory concerns, maintaining accuracy, and traveling to retail locations. The supervisor is expected to lead by example and embody the company's core values: Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Inventory Associates

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
