About The Position

WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Supervisors throughout the Denver Metro Area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Greeley, and Longmont. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and paid training. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to show up, stay disciplined, and coach and train for accuracy and consistency. This role is perfect for people who love to train and drive for results.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
