About The Position

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive and meticulous Retail Inventory Auditor to join their team. This role involves traveling to various store locations to conduct hands-on inventory audits using a handheld scanner. The auditor will work closely with store management and operations teams to ensure inventory counts are accurate and company policies are followed. The position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and working in different locations within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/retail environment and handling merchandise.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no major offenses.
Availability to work from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks).
