About The Position

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to become a vital link in our distribution chain. This isn't just about counting boxes; it’s about maintaining the integrity of our entire operation through expert analysis and hands-on management. You will be the "detective" of the warehouse. By investigating lost sales, managing high-value inventory, and ensuring our data matches reality, you directly impact our bottom line and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Efficient with computers, specifically Excel and AS400.
Comfortable on your feet on concrete for 12+ hours.
Able to handle lifting up to 70 lbs.
Operate material handling equipment with care and precision.

Notices the small things—a mislabeled bin or a slight quantity discrepancy.

Responsibilities

Run and investigate daily reports (Lost Sales, Negative, and Discontinued items) to find and fix discrepancies.
Lead daily cycle counts and specialized weekly audits for high-velocity products and stamps.
Use AS400, Excel, and email to track inventory batches and keep our spreadsheets live and accurate.
Act as a key communicator between Receiving, Returns, Customer Service, and Management.
Identify mis-stocks or poor rotations and troubleshoot ways to make our warehouse even faster.
