Retail Inventory Associate - Boston Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Retail Inventory Associates throughout the greater Boston Area, including Dorchester, Chelsea, Jamaica Plain, and Cambridge. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The job involves accurately counting retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals. Associates will travel to various retail locations. The role is active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and occasional ladder climbing and lifting up to 25 pounds. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
