About The Position

WIS International is hiring immediately for a part-time Retail Inventory Associate. This role involves accurately counting inventory for top retailers using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases, with opportunities to earn up to $5.00 per hour above the base wage based on productivity and accuracy. The job requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. It is a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are key.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
