About The Position

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds. The role requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to frequently use a ladder
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities

• Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
• Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
• Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules
